Cancellation and Returns

1. Delivery

Within the UAE – 24 to 72 hours
Within MENA – 5 to 15 days

Shipping shall be made through Sani Allergy’s 3rd party logistics provider.  All orders that are placed before noon are entitled to be delivered within 24 hours within the UAE.  All goods are shipped on its original packing and are inspected to make sure they are in good condition.

Multiple orders may results in multiple shipments depending on the situation.  Sani Allergy will contact the customer in case this happens and will provide the customer with the corresponding AWB.

2.  Returns

7 Day Return Policy*

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged or is not the correct product as specified or is the wrong size, upon receipt, please contact us immediately (within 7 Days) after your package arrives by phone 800-ALLERGY (800 2553749) or email (support@saniallergy.com) and we will replace the item and provide you a prepaid return label.

We ask that the products not be used, is in the same condition that you received it and is in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product. For returns outside of the UAE, or for any other questions or concerns, please contact us.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

> Any product returned without prior approval will be returned to shipper.
> Refunds or exchange must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.
> All returned products must be in resalable condition and include original packaging and a copy of original receipt.
> Refunds for card payments may take up to 15 days depending on banking procedures.
> Refunds will only be made in the original mode of payment

Our Internal Policy prohibits the resale of used bedding, mattresses or intimate products!

> Used Bed/Mattress Encasement
> Pillow Encasement
> Air Purifier Filters
> Allergy Wristbands or Bracelets
> Clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Shipping for return products are charged to the buyer.

All air cleaners, Air Purifiers, Humidifiers, Air Washers and Dehumidifiers are subject to a 10% restocking charge and must be returned within 7 days.

Outbound shipping charges are not refundable.

In the event the package is refused we will deduct outbound shipping charges from final credit.
